How I Track My supphealth Habit

11 July 2026coreymckeon650Natural Health

I am the kind of person who forgets habits unless I write them down, so I keep a simple daily checklist on my fridge. supphealth sits on that list next to water, a short walk and a regular bedtime. Ticking each thing off keeps me honest and makes the routine feel real and rewarding. I do not overthink it, and I give myself grace on the days when life gets in the way. Tracking has honestly made the biggest difference in staying consistent.

If you want to read more about the habit itself, this is the place: https://supphealth.best/
