Gluco6 as a Small Daily Ritual

Turning habits into small rituals has helped me stay consistent. A ritual feels less like a chore and more like a familiar part of the day. I read about Gluco6 while thinking about my own little routines, considering whether it would fit naturally into them. The goal is not to add stress but to keep things simple and repeatable. When a habit feels easy, I am far more likely to keep it. That gentle structure is what works for me.
