As the newest map to be introduced into the active pool, Anubis has had some controversy upon its inclusion, to say the least. Designed by Roald, jakuza, and jd40, the map was first added to the game on March 31, 2020, to the Scrimmage mode before eventually being moved to Competitive 10 days later. This is notable as it was only the second map to be added to Competitive via this method as before this Cache was the only one to make it. Given this fact, there seemed to be a lot of positive feedback for the map since Cache is a very well-loved
Getting better at shooting takes proper learning, and not everybody is good at it. Most guns in CS:GO produce noticeable recoil while shooting, and controlling it is another skill that players developed over a period of t
The combat is system the same as any RPG, but there was a precise combo system that not many games at the time had. Nail them right and you would unleash lethal damage. I think if there was a sequel, they would be able to break away from all of the generics and finally become its own. LoD had tons of potential- they just borrowed too much from other ga
The so-called “complex” story of Stranglehold: some bad guys have your daughter and your ex girlfriend, and you have to keep pulling the trigger at said bad guys until you find them. To give an even shorter description, it’s like Max Payne with 40% less story and 50% more act
While Wildermyth has received controller support, using a gamepad to play this game is nowhere near as intuitive as a mouse and keyboard. There’s a reason why this game constantly needs updates to make the controller more viable to play while the mouse and keyboard controls have remained fairly intact and preferred by m
However, with this most recent release, it’s easy to wonder – where will the series go next? At first blush, it might seem like the games are exhausting their possibilities when it comes to genre. But have no fear! We’re here with some salient ideas of how Senran Kagura can tap into the hottest industry trends to bring its unique brand of titillating action to an even broader audience! Let’s strip down and get right into
First on my list is Legend of Dragoon . Granted, it had a super generic story. You are on a mission to collect dragon spirits and gain allies, while the main character Dart is seeking revenge on the black monster that killed his fam
Originally a Counter-Strike 1.1 map created by Chris “Narby” Auty and introduced on June 27th, 1999, Vertigo was a surprising addition to the map pool when it was added. On March 28th, 2019, the map was added to the active map pool in place of fan-favorite Cache as the map underwent renovations. This was surprising, but not all that unexpected. Up to this point, the player base was expecting a lot of the older maps to receive facelifts and come back better than ever, but few expected Cache’s replacement to be Vert
Currently, Valve has a bunch of updates in beta right now for the current version readying for full release and I can only hope that’s just to keep us at bay while they work on a sequel. Until then, I’m waiting for the original to get Mac support so I can get back in on Steam for
What has made the map a mainstay for so long is its balance, unique aesthetic, and official Www.counterstrike2Guide.com blog low learning curve. The map has also gained a bit of a reputation for being a bit of an upset map in the professional scene. This and its age have led to community questioning when the map will inevitably get its revision, but until that day, Mirage surely has a lot more to g
With a franchise already intrinsically connected to girls murdering swarms of their peers, the leap between “cutting high schoolers down in the streets” and “dying ten times to get one hit in on something” is a pretty small one. Bonus points if From Software comes on board and imbues the game with the immersive, organic physics their games are known
Until it’s a rush round or an economy round, it’s never a bright idea to carry the spike while leading the team from the front. If you die, the bomb basically is now in CT’s territory, and reclaiming it can be a has
The game combined different aspects of film noir to create the Land of the Dead, where the game primarily takes place. You play your role as Manny Calavera, a salesman of soul packages for the recently depar
However, this wouldn’t been applicable if time completely stopped in Superhot . Instead, time moves at an extremely slow pace when players are standing, meaning that a bullet coming towards them can still hit them if they take too much time to aim — something that won’t happen if players use a mouse and keyboard inst
Ryona ambles alone down a dark alley. The shadows around her begin to shift and swirl, and from behind her emerges a cacophony of otherworldly cracking, oozing, and groaning. She turns on a dime, with only a kitchen utensil to defend herself , to be greeted with what can only be described as a sentient orifice with writhing limbs haphazardly connected to its bleeding torso. It twitches and seizes like nothing in nat
