HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL DAY EVENTS 2021

HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL DAY TRUST
WEDNESDAY 27 JANUARY 2021
7.00pm - 8.00pm

For HMD 2021, the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust is curating a very special UK HMD Ceremony. To keep everyone safe, for the first time in the history of HMD, they are organising a fully virtual Ceremony.

On 27 January from 7 – 8pm, we will gather (in spirit) to remember those who were murdered for who they were: in the Holocaust, during Nazi Persecution and in the genocides that followed in Cambodia, Rwanda, Bosnia and Darfur.

The UK Ceremony will be open to everyone and we hope that as many people as possible will watch and engage with the event.  Please click here to register to watch the ceremony.

Anyone who signs up, will receive a couple of email reminders in January, with the link to the Ceremony.

HOLOCAUST LEARNING UK
TUESDAY 2 FEBRUARY 2021
7.30pm - 8.45pm

Please join us for a special event to view the première of our new and original Docufilm "Out of the Darkness"

"Out of the Darkness" includes the compelling testimony of Holocaust Survivor Janine Webber and features a diverse cast of participating students and a rabbi. It teaches students about the Holocaust and helps students understand that we must all play our part in the fight against racism, victimisation and intolerance if we are to build a better, safer future for everyone.  Click here to register.
